    DDPai Mini2 Review

We've also had problems with our DDPai Mini 2 (my Mini 1 wasn't that great either). QC keeps me away from recommending this brand over some other offerings available in the market.

QVIA R975WD dashcam review (Sony Exmor R, 2CH FHD, LCD, GPS, WiFi)

Bitrate is 10-11 mbps in the front and 6-7 mbps in the rear. It's a great performer, but lots of things that they could change to make this more appealing for the NA market. Their new AR790WD looks promising, I hope to get my hands on one in the near future.

GitUp Git2 action cam (1080p/2K 60fps, Novatek 96660, Sony Exmor IMX206, WiFi) review

Revisiting the GitUp Git2, a brand new unit this time. I tested it using 1080p 60fps. I think the video quality is a tad better than 1440p 30fps (sample clips in the OP). See below and compare for yourself:

nanoQ Mini 0903 dashcam review (NT96655, Sony IMX322, Capacitor, GPS, WiFi)

Firmware support is average, I would say. Based on their log, their last firmware release was back in March 2016. http://nanodashcam.com/update.html https://dashcamtalk.com/mini-0903-nano-q/#Firmware I am running all default settings, everything is set to auto or "0". No bump in exposure.

    DDPai Mini2 Review

I'm excited for this dashcam. I had the DDPai Mini ver. 1 and the video quality did not impress me at all. The Mini 2 looks like it similar hardware to the M6plus which is superb in the video quality department.

VIOFO A119 Dashcam review (NT96660, Capacitor, GPS, Rotatable Lens, 2K or 60fps)

That is a great dashcam. I did a review on the SG9665GC V2 last year and continue to use that one daily. Nope. Haven't had that happen to me. I'm using a Samsung SD card without any issues.

VIOFO A119 Dashcam review (NT96660, Capacitor, GPS, Rotatable Lens, 2K or 60fps)

Yes, the tape in front of the lens has been removed. I'll try to clean the windshield again, but I don't think that's the source of the problem. Gotta hatch those eggs y'know. Generally, any wide angle lens will have some distortion, especially towards the side. 160° is pretty wide imo.

    Mobius V2 vs Joovuu X

There is way too much drama on these forums... completely unnecessary. There will always be bias but that doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. Just look for the most important objective factors: video quality, features, reliability, price, etc. I could go more in depth with my...
