This is a quick video to show how I usually remove most of my dashcam mounts from windshield which are using an adhesive tape.
NB! You need to slice though the adhesive tape and NOT to force "pulling away" plastic mount, - you may brake it.

Is he using double sided tape BEFORE putting sticky mount? He is saying something like it but it wasn't very clear to me.
