70mai 4K Omni
The 70mai Omni 4K has significant video quality improvements over the original Omni. Price is high for a dual camera but it is a unique dash cam offering.
The motorized 360° rotation is unique and an interesting feature. Could be considered a gimmick by many but helps in parking more and when cloud connected (optional) to look around.

We're back at it again in 2025 with the first of many upcoming releases from 70mai, the 4K Omni (known as the X800 in the Chinese market). Would like to extend a thank you to 70mai for giving me the opportunity once again to test-drive their latest and greatest. This year, we get quite a big upgrade to the front with the Sony Starvis 2 IMX678 F1.7 aperture sensor, and 4K60fps recording enabled by the…
70mai 4K Omni – Testing/Review RCG
70mai will be releasing the 70mai 4K Omni [X800] dash camera next month. 70mai sent me a review sample, a UP05 4G LTE enabled hardwire kit, and a 128GB 70mai microSD card. The dash camera arrived with firmware 1.0.78ww installed. The 70mai 4K Omni front camera has a Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 image sensor with a FOV 146° / F1.7 front lens . The RC14 rear camera has a Sony STARVIS 2 IMX662 image sensor…
70mai Omni 4K – Unboxing, First Impressions & Testing Europe – IMX678 Rotating Dashcam
I have been in contact with 70mai, and they sent me the Omni 4K (already released for some time as the X800 in the Chinese market) to check out. A big thank you to 70mai for giving me the opportunity to test this latest model! The original Omni already had a unique design with its rotating front camera, but this new version brings some serious upgrades, including 4K recording, a Sony Starvis 2 sensor, 4G…
X800 4K Omni review the good and the not so good. LN
70mai X800 Dash Cam Review – Part 1Okay—finally getting around to writing my review of this dash cam. Thank you to 70mai for supplying the review unit. It’s taken me a lot longer than expected, mostly because the product is more complex than I initially anticipated. This dash cam is officially called the 70mai 4K Omni, but it’s also known by its model number, X800—which is the name I’ll be using throughout this review. The…
