During some recent testing of various memory cards with constant recordings of upto 48+ hours inside my home (ambient temp. around 20 degrees C) I have noticed by accident how hot the lens had become - in fact so hot that it was borderline to keep touching it (which suggest over 60 degrees C).

The quality and longevity of memory cards is hugely important for dash cams, much more than for regular digital camera products. Not only for the maximum writing speed (reading speed is hardly an issue with most available SD cards these days), but even more so their durability in terms of getting constantly overwritten.

I recently bought a 100 HP SPW.

I'm using the player 1.3.4.

For some reason I can't seem to change the setting of the camera via the player or phone.

From the player after I select the changes, press ok and put the SD card back, nothing is changed.

I have been lurking around this forum and tried everything I can but my ITB100spw just couldn't work.

What is happening now ...

1) Unable to change any settings using PC player. Of all the tabs, I can only change the setting for the advanced tab. The rest all cannot!!

2) ITB100spw is supports to support 64Gb SD card. Bought a class 10 card. All is good except that after 2 days of recording, it will come out with SD card error on my dashcam. Apparently it was due to memory full....

Hi all, brought ITB100spw in jan this year as my itb100 couldn't boot up while flashing firmware. So the new device was basically PnP. Noticed no map of the roads I was on and no speed. The maps are always in korea. . I went to check most of my video and noticed all no speed and maps indicated. Occasionally Sometimes I get a "connected to gps" voice. The correct date is:
05-10-2016 hour: 2:00pm (or 14:00)
The file names show:
evt_20160506_200059_.avi
Time stamp on the video is: Date: 2016/05/06 Time: 20:00:59

So it is about 4 days and 6 hours behind the correct time.

I have a question about this setting. What does 'insensitive' and 'sensitive' mean?

Basically I would like the device to have as long a delay as possible before entering parking mode. There have been instances when I have been stuck in a jam and it enters parking mode - this is bad as sometimes accidents occur during this type of traffic condition.

If I do not want the dashcam to enter parking mode under any circumstances when I am driving, what setting should I change this to?...
