More than I can review. ;)
Rexing sent this camera for review. Thank you Eric.

Summary from my later post after tests:
Overall, it's very good compared to other NT96650 based dashcams.
It's better than generic G1W ones and on par with the better models.
Daytime videos are great with all areas in focus, no soft/fuzzy areas and night quality is good enough.
Audio is excellent though, clear, loud and no distortion.

Most of all, it's design is to go for as it can be mounted flat against the windshield up high and being all black, it's much more discrete than those hanging from suction mounts as well as easy to slide and take it out.
:)

The V1 is based on NT96650 chip and it's available at Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/B00X528FNE
This is my first camera that's little different design than the normal camera style.
This is slanted/angled and comes with a very thin mount that allows it to be mounted flat against the windshield.

Physically, it's 2.5" wide and 3.5" deep. Thickness is around 1.5".

The camera comes with the following:
  1. Dash Camera
  2. Flat mount
  3. Double sided 3M adhesive tape for the mount
  4. Car mini USB Charger
  5. mini USB to USB cable
  6. Manual

Here is Rexing V1 side-by-side with G90 and Rexing F9 (similar to G1WH in size/shape):

DSC02092-Rexing-V1.jpg
DSC02095-Rexing-V1.jpg

Right side has mini USB, GPS and optional rear-cam ports (my unit didn't come with GPS nor with rear cam so can't comment on those):
DSC02096-Rexing-V1.jpg

Left side has Menu, Reset and Power buttons along with microSD card slot:
DSC02097-Rexing-V1.jpg

Both left and right sides have a knob to adjust the camera angle.

Top side has hole for the mounting bracket and vent holes. Vent holes are all around.
DSC02098-Rexing-V1.jpg

The back has Mode, Record start/stop, Microphone, Event/OK button along with something that I haven't seen before, a button to turn the display off/on. That's in addition to the backlight settings. Nice!
DSC02100-Rexing-V1.jpg

Mounted alongside G95A:

From outside, bad reflection but good for hiding the camera:
Compared to the long hanging mount of G95A, this V1 is up against the windshield and much more discreet.

From inside the car: Compared to the long hanging mount of G95A, this V1 is up against the windshield and much more discreet.
20150528_172230-Rexing-V1.jpg

It is great as it can be mounted up high under the windshield Sun shade and since there is no suction cup mount and the provided mount is very thin, it's more discreet.
More to follow with sample videos...

Rexing V1 wedge dashcam UNBOXING video:
You may have noticed my baby also wanted to be in the video @ 19 secs. ;)
Note: I have it at 2x speed so if you want to view at normal speed, change to .5 x.

Some snapshots of the Rexing V1 package:
00000.MTS_20150528_202115.898-small.jpg 00000.MTS_20150528_202144.320-small.jpg 00000.MTS_20150528_202204.241-small.jpg 00000.MTS_20150528_202307.954-small.jpg 00000.MTS_20150528_202335.847-small.jpg

The mount with 3M tape is very thin so works great for mounting flat on the windshield to make it discreet and since the camera is almost all black, it won't be noticed as much.

00000.MTS_20150528_202523.205-small.jpg

Menu is similar to other NT96650 based cameras like G1WH.
Few menu screenshots:
Rexing-V1-Menu.jpg

Folder and file size, VBR etc...
VBR is 13.1 mbps.
3 minute video file size is around 288mb.

For now I just have it like shown in picture.
One thing is sure though, it's very easy to take the camera off the mount.
Just slide it back and upwards, it comes off. I mounted it high next to the rear view mirror attachment so taking the sd card out was not possible with the camera on the mount but just slide it back and voila. It doesn't have a lock tab or anything that locks it in the mount (except a small notch) but the way it's designed, it shouldn't fall by itself as three sides have mount and back side has upward angle.
It's very nice for those who want to take the camera out when parking due to break-in fear and the mount is so small that it's not noticeable from outside even if you are looking for it, specially if there is a sun shade liner on top.
Here's a pic with mount, it almost adds nothing:

Okay some video samples.
This is in my Lexus SUV so it has a lot more dash reflection compared to Camry, maybe due to the height and angle.
Video quality is very good with all areas and corners in focus. No fuzzy areas.
Scenic turn @ 1:55secs. My other threads have videos of same area so you can take a look and compare.

Audio is excellent, clean, clear and loud without any distortion.
Here is a clip with few songs at moderate level to show how good audio is. I listen to everything so don't judge me. ;)
How many planes in the sky?
At 2:38, it shows how two files overlap by a second as the van skips back. It's good as it doesn't have any gap.
Audio test:

@ 37 secs, the mustang went straight while I took left and then right to get to the same place but looks like both ways are pretty same since I saw the mustang at stop sign @ 2:40.

Few screenshots that are from same areas of other dashcam threads to compare:

Video: From strip mall area to street lights to no light streets.
Low beam to high beam to fog lights... @ 3:25.
Fog lights work better than high beam. Well not sure if they are fog lights but they are the smaller bright ones below the headlights.

Night video file size is same but VBR is around 12mbps instead of 13mbps in daytime:

Nice review I too was checking out this chassis shape a few months ago as well. The Amazon listing is overreaching a bit with "night vision" in the title description. Aptina 0330 WDR can only be tuned so far. It's no Sony.

Yes, quality wise it's similar to other NT96650/Aptina AR0330 dashcams but it's angled shape and flat mount means it's almost invisible from outside as most of the angled body hides under the sun shade and only a small black front end shows up.
Audio is much better than generic G1W's though.

I'll create a short video on mount/dismount.
Let me know if you want more info.

More and more wedge-style dashcams coming this year. This model was out few month ago and I am glad that for International market retail ( online ) price is almost same as inside China online market.

Forgot to mention, few buttons have red backlight and REC button blinks constantly while recording.
It's completely hidden by the rear view mirror so I didn't notice before.
It's not too bright so not distracting but nice way of letting driver know it's working and easy to press the dedicated event, mic and rec buttons. ;)

Here's a quick video of mounts and dismounts.
As you can see, the attached mount is as thin as a velcro.

If there is a way to buy extra mount, it'll be a very good option to move the dashcam between vehicles as the mount doesn't take any space and can be mounted permanently in all the vehicles in the house.

It looks a bit loose does the video wobble or make vibrate noises?

Since there is just a small notch that fits on the mount, the locking mechanism is almost non-existent.
All the videos I posted above are from the same setup so I guess it works fine.
I can add a layer of black tape on top of camera so it fits snug.

Mount looks very lose. If you give a little lite flick, you can see how lose it is. Not sure why developers didnt paid attention on this.
Those two black strips, are they electrical tape strips just to aim dashcam ?
You can add near / instead of those two strips a two thin sponge-type strips, this way can eliminate vibration and have a tight fit.

Yes, I think I need a piece of tape in between to make it tighter.

The two black strips were holding Toll tag that I no longer have.
