You aren't going to find any dashcams that fit the bills you are looking for, but if you search for backup cameras, likely find some that may check some items off the list.

I have an F800, both front and rear cameras, and my truck is chock full of sources of RFI. 2 way VHF, Satellite Comm, Radar, and Nav system, and never had an issue with it... Great camera.. Very happy with it.

All memory cards have a limited lifetime. They are considered consumable products.

I finally pulled the memory card out of my camera, and I can tell you where the file is located. In the SETTING folder, the file is named SDCARD_FORMAT_TIME.bin. Open that file in notepad and edit your date in there.
