Is a bag of silica gel will fit with the camera?
Xiaomi Yi inside a waterproof case (sitting on top of my front hood car) driving around I reviewed the footage
and after 20mn I'm slowly getting cloudy (foggy) footage.

Just did a recording home and let the camera go after a while a light...
Does anyone knows if a 2 Amp fuse for a cigar adapter is enough or should I get more?
my car cable plug is going really bad and the LightnSpace vendor really slow to answer e-mail
Probably faster for me to buy a adapter plug like a Enercell™ 12VDC Vehicle Power Adapter Plug w/ Leads & Switch...
I saw the fuse and it's OK, I further disassemble this cigarette connector and I found the red wire not soldered anymore.
so i soldered back on and will test it tomorrow..
Today my Livue LB100 wouldn't power on.. used maybe 5 days ..
I like to take it off the stand and back on..
I found a Dlink router power adapter compatible with with the Dashcam
and.. the Livue LB100 went back to life.
So now it's the car cigar jack adapter that went dead.
Anyone has this...
In California, if you using a dash cam that record audio,
you must display somewhere a note for your passengers that you have a recording device on board.
Be on a safe side.
If you want to move the camera to another vehicle, where do you find new adhesive for the mount?
or buy a new mount?
Thanks all of you for all the great tips I'm finding if this forum...
I just got this cam too and live in Cali, you can easily remove the camera from the mount any time. as long as you are not using it for parking watch.
I'm using this for driving only and will remove it daily.
Just received this Camera, did couple quick test, upgraded the firmware, all seams to be working great.
video looks great.
I just need to find a great place for this now. how you guys hide the power cable if the camera is near the rear view mirror?
