just installed the K1S on my Spyder and since I don't ride much in the rain I am not to concerned about moisture. The DVR, GPS and remote control button are protected in a compartment and the front camera is behind the windshield. I have sealed both cameras microphones with clear tape however I will be looking for an enclosure for the rear camera.

@RockThinking has a new special edition of this for motorcycles.

Interesting read. How do the cameras for Motorcycle attach? If the existing units go bad due to moisture, I know now where to get good replacements.

thanks

It has a different lens case design, the solid aluminum, that has three screw holes on lens case.

and there is rubble ring to hold lens to for lens case water resistant.

A cool video, that is very nice.

Three screw holes? So is there no universal-standard camera mount hole on the lens case, or are all three holes the universal camera mount type, allowing mounting in different orientations? Is the lens case compatible w/ the RAM Ball mount for cameras? (https://www.rammount.com/part/RAP-B-366U)

Considering the purchase of one of these and trying to figure out the best way to mount it.

Thanks.
