I ran into this issue as well. If you havent already figured it out, Its your sub/Bass from your stereo that is causing this jelly affect. Its the vibrations. Take a video while music up at the level you had it, then take a video after you turn music down. Also, if youre running a diesel or muscle car, which vibrates compared to a rice burner, you might still get the effect to some degree.
