Video Capture Problem

Anyone ever seen this type of recording problem on their Marcus? The banding seemed to match with areas of sunlight coming through some trees, the when the camera was initially started up. The banding persisted after the screen timed out, and until I hit the menu button, on the camera, and the screen came back on. It has only happened the once. Thought it was a screen issue when I first saw the problem, but clearly it was being recorded.
