sd card format

Bit of a daft question but how do you format the sd card using the camera?

I have looked in the manual but I cannot for the life of me find it :(
 
You press and hold the 2 buttons on the camera, on the bottom , at the same time... After holding them both for about 5 seconds, it will say that the camera is on hold for format, or something like that, then it will tell you to if you want to format, press the left button, at which point it will perform a format of the SD card.
