I used sharpy on the front and now it looks solid black when viewed from the front of my car. (I'll take pics of that later).

Disregard the ugly car, this camera will find the thieves who stole $500 worth of property!

Pretty good profile if you ask me.

Here's the ugly sharpy up close:

Covered the top part of the memory card port as there were remnants of the upper led lights.

The "on" and "recording" lights are now blocked out from thievery eyes.

But.. alas from the untrained non-cammer eyes..

It's hard to tell from these photos how hidden it looks but I'll take some pictures tomorrow to show you

I actually did the same thing. You cant see it at all from the front, unless the light is just perfect. I didnt worry about the back side with the LED lights because I have tinted windows and you wont see it from looking inside. I have mine in front of the mirror to the left side. While driving I cant see it which is good. I colored in the silver part around the lens with a sharpie and covered the papago logo with a piece of black electrical tape.
