Double file issue.

Evening all.
Just bought a new 5000x elite and switched on the "Double file" option. However it's not sending the video to the phone (Samsung S7 Edge) instead it's creating a duplicate file on the SD card..I have updated the firmware to V1.4.4-s..any help would be appreciated..thanks

The duplicate files are what you see when viewing via an app, they are not sent to the phone so not sure what you mean by that

Thanks for your reply. I thought the idea of the " Double file" option was to send the video to the phone..or download it the phone?

don't think there is any way to automatically send the file to the phone if that's what you had in mind
