How fast of a write speed is needed for a SGZC12RC?

Bestbuy.com in the U.S. shows 8 different ones. For example, would this US$45 one be usable?

More-expensive ones have faster write speeds.

And I havent remembered to swap them into my cams yet ... ( Oh dear ) ...
