Where can I find the internal storage on the iPad?

Hi

After an accident recently I saved the relevant files to the iPads internal storage, in order that they would not be over written. Now I need to send them to the insurance company but the only way I can even see them is via the lukas app. I need to get them off the iPad ASAP. Can anyone help.

The Lukas iOS app, apparently, doesn't have any way to access the downloaded files directly from the app. You have to connect your iPad to your computer and download them to your computer using iTunes.

I've tried that but I can't find them in iTunes either!

Scratch that I've just found them.

FYI
Connect iPad to iTunes
Go to APPs
Scroll down to bottom (it may take a few seconds to load and allow you to do this)
Select Lukas from list on the left, your files will appear on the right. Select the ones you want and press 'save to'

Go to iTunes and find the window for your device. You should have a list of items on the left. Choose Apps.

Then look for File Sharing on the right side.
