G1WH not recorded automatically

Hi everyone! Few days I have a problem. Camera starting after the power, but does not record automatically. I must press the button. After the engine is turned off the camera still works. I replaced the battery, without effect. I tried different firmware (currently G1WH_DA380_2016-02-17_01). SD card - I tried different (32GB). Please help.

First check the settings in the menus. Recommended are "Loop recording"> On; set time to 3 or 5 minutes. "G-sensor" and "Motion detect"> Off. No delay at start-up or shut-down. If still not good try a hard reset (paper-clip in hole).

"Loop recording" - 5 minutes, "G-sensor" and "Motion detection" is Off. No delay. Hard reset. All without effect.
