Yi has released the Latest firmware 1.1.0 for YI 4K Action Camera

Yi has released the Latest firmware, version number is 1.1.0
They added more options :
1. Added Sharpness Adjustment Function : High, Medium or Low sharpness.
2. Added FOV option (Field of View) : Wide, Medium or Narrow. This option is not available in 4K, 2.5K & 1080p 120fps.
3. Added Video Time Info.

Hi. I manually downloaded the latest firmware and save it on my sd card. Then i inserted it on my Yi 4K device then a message pops up to update the firmware so i press ok then the screen went blank. My question is how long would it take to update the firmware? It's been 30mins already and the screen is still blank.

Any feedback is highly appreciated. Thanks!

Yi has released the firmware 1.3.3.
They added an option is live mode.

Any firmware hacks yet? Would love 60fps on 4k UHD

60fps on 4K is not possible probably due to limitation of the processor (and also to avoid product cannibalization of the upcoming Xiaomi 4k+).

However, it would be good to have a 100Mbit option....60Mbit in 4K, for fast moving scene (even if not extremely fast, as we are still talking 25Fps in Pal or 30Fps in NTSC...) is not that great...
