Qvia R935 - Parking mode problem

Hi all,

I got a R935 which I've hard wired and it was working fine for the last 6 month or so. Today it just doesn't seems to work on parking mode. Once I switch off my engine, it just switch off instantly. Checking the setting is all correct as I've set it 12.1v cut off.

I've confirm hard wired in the fuse box is correct as I didn't do any changes ever since I installed it. I've try reinstall firmware still having the same problem.

Could it be the fuse? I doubt is the fuse as the dash cam will switch on once i switch on my engine.

Anyone can point me to what problem I'm facing?

if you've been using it for 6 months and it has just started doing this it could be a sign that your car battery isn't as healthy as it once was, it may be cutting straight off due to lower resting voltage at the battery, using parking mode all the time will kill your car battery a lot faster than normal
