F750 Crashed on firmware update please help

I have 2 x f750 cameras and last night I updated the firmware. on camera 1 took around 3 minutes and worked. camera 2 started the update but after 1 hour would not complete so I had to turn the power off. now the camera does nothing other than 2 green lights. I purchased both cameras from amazon 20th and 22nd november 2015.

I read you can recover this but how do you do this?

you would need an elf version firmware, the Ambarella USB PC software and would need to know how to get the board into recover mode, technically it's possible (factory could do it easily) but not sure if what you need is out there for end users

that's great, I update this because Thinkwares software tells me to and downloads the files on to the memory card and it bricks my 14 month old £170 camera. not impressed to say the least

talk to whoever you bought it off and see if they can help you get it sorted
