Android Wifi action cam app

I have one app that works with my cams ...
But then I have a cam that wont connect ..
There is a Wifi signal , but no video stream and the software I have crashes trying to connect ..
I have XDV ...
I have a google account but my Android is not registered ( What a pain )
I just want to try out a few other Apps to connect to the Action cams without registering my Android with Google ( Super spies R us )

Anyone have apps to share ? ( links )

Yeah Google really should disband of that old lie " dont be evil"
Sadly i have no all around app to recommend you, i just used the ones from the camera maker, so here ATM thats joovuu and SJcams.

Had to go diggin in my new phone to actually turn wifi off, but in the end i found wifi scanning that was running in spite of me turning off wifi.
That helped a little on the phone battery use too
