Anyone know? Emailed them last week about problems with a Joovuux I bought from them 6 months ago but no response.

Hello, Jon here (formerly with Pier28) I no longer work at Pier28 and started my own new company OCD Tronic Distribution.

I took over all sales and support for JooVuu X in North America. I'll send you a private message now with my direct email and phone for support.
