iOS 10 cloud notifications not working

Anyone else seeing this issue? Blackvue C notifications are no longer pushed to either notification center or the lock screen under iOS 10.2.1 on a iPhone 7

Used to work fine a few weeks/months ago so cannot tell if it is due to the iOS upgrade or Blackvue app upgrade
