Light is green for 3 seconds and still get hit by a red light runner

On the same week police forces across the province were focusing on distracted drivers.

Apparently a provincial police officer caught 30 distracted drivers in one day.

Now here is something you don't see every day.

In that first clip, I would've been tempted to do a U turn so the camera could catch any aftermath (idiot in the SUV threatening or some such).
