Though I must confess I've been adding glucose to a flask of coffee for my working day recently. For some reason I thought it was smart to buy a few kilos of the stuff from a sports supplier, and I've been looking for a way to use it ever since.
At least it is the ultimate brain food. But deep down I know it was not my wisest purchase.

I only drink like 1 a month now, normally i am on sugar free faxe kondi ( Danish version if Sprite )
