Mirror image

Im getting a mirror image display using iphone dod app. And couldnt work out how invert the video output. Please help.

The irony. I posted my issues with not being able to mirror the display via firmware:

I strongly feel this mirror flipping shouldn't be an app-specific feature, but a firmware setting that we can toggle from the app. It is easy enough to accomplish for the firmware developers that I'm astounded that it isn't there by default.

That way the source video that gets saved will have its mirror state already embedded in the video feed itself with non-mirrored overlay information.

Has this issue been fixed ? My misses has a righthand drive. As wanting to move camera out of view moving it to the left hides behind review mirror.Requires mounting cam opposite side with wires on left side.? I will test this on thursday. And post results

Still not fixed. I raised it via DOD support but haven't heard anything further from them since July

We have an update regarding this,

DOD Taiwan have confirmed they are going to implement the option to mirror the images. They have estimated this will be completed within 3-4 weeks.

Please be advised that DOD have released a new firmware update today that may correct this issue.

Can you please check and see if this fixes the problem you were experiencing?

Please be advised that DOD have released a new firmware update today that may correct this issue.
Can you please check and see if this fixes the problem you were experiencing?

I updated to the latest firmware this morning and it has corrected the mirror/rotate issue I was having.

The latest version of the app isn't showing up on Google Play yet so haven't tried the otheer stuff in the change log but the picture the right way is as great improvement.
