It fell off in my car while unscrewing and I can't find it. Seems to have gone into another dimension.
OK, I went to Home Depot with the screw. It's #10-32 but the matching #10-32 nut or cap head that I bought will not fit inside the swivel. The six sides will have to be filed down a bit to get it to fit. In the meantime I wrapped masking tape around the screw and screwed it in. The screw now tightens the swivel down just enough to keep the cam from moving on its own.
