Attention, this is a message to all recent A119S customers.
Unfortunately there was a mix-up from the Amazon warehouse that may have affected a handful of recent A119S customers. Some of you may have received the A119 instead of the A119S. Here is what we have figured out so far.
For one of the batches, the VIOFO factory shipped 100 units of A119 and 100 units A119S directly to one of our Amazon FBA warehouses for sale as OCD Tronic. All boxes were confirmed properly labelled with correct UPC/EAN bar codes. (All 200 were shipped together at the same time)
For reasons unknown yet, someone at the Amazon warehouse added crooked unauthorized 2nd incorrect A119S labels on the front of some of our A119 boxes. We didn't ask for label service so it's not clear why they would add labels at all, let along incorrect ones. It's only affected 2 people so far but are taking all necessary actions.
If you ordered the A119S and the box says A119, please check to see if your box has TWO bar code labels as shown in the photo. Only check the box itself, as the user manual might say A119 for both A119 and A119S so only check the box description itself.
Here is a combined photo I just got from another customer that shows both labels on one box.
As you can see the smaller label clearly shows we marked it as A119 (see green arrow), and that UPC/EAN number is confirmed for the A119 (not A119S) The Amazon warehouse slapped on the large incorrect A119S label. (see red arrow)
We expect Amazon to take full responsibility for this huge error on their part and will work to get you the correct product if you are affected. (just let us know!)

I tried to contact everyone directly, but thought I'd post here as well.
Lesson learned here is to never send 2 similar products at the same time or Amazon warehouse workers will make incorrect assumptions and can make this type of mistake.
