What are your current settings on your A119s that is giving you the best over all video quality with ability to see license plates, minimize the sharpness, and good colors?

Probably because there's not much one can change that'll affect image quality. The only user adjustable value is EV, which I don't think needs changing unless the windscreen is tinted.

Depending on the darkness of the tint so play around until your satisfied
