For some reason i change the time on the DashCam to the correct time and it goes back an hour, nidea why............Any thoughts.

set the timezone (to suit DST) not the time

Yes as @jokiin said

The timezone setting is in the second menu (press menu twice and scroll down to timezone) then select GMT+1
