Anyone else's Auto-Vox A118c locking the first file of EVERY trip unless Gsensor off?

Just figured I'd ask the question! G sensor isn't a massive issue so I turned it off completely and it's solved the issue, it just means in the event of an incident I'll have to press the event record button, which could be a problem if I'm knocked unconscious/killed in a crash!

I only figured out it was doing this when I took the card out and noticed a catalogue of saved files, knowing I hadn't pressed the button!!
