xiaomi yi is messed up

Hello,

Today I was about to use my camera then on the app it said "firmware update" so I updated it then my camera started beeping and beeping so I took the battery out and put it back in and only two little red lights are on and I can't get it to work. How do I fix my camera? should I contact the store I got it from and ask for a replacement?
 
You shouldnt touch the battery.it is beeping for 2-3 minutes. Search forums how to unbrick it.
