Is the git3 release soon?

Is the git 3 coming soon? What is the different with git2? When it will be officially release?
My friends heard that git 3 is coming so she stop thinking to buy git2 but she don't know how long to wait and is it worth to wait.

Not so soon, still working on it, too much development work.
When the sample is available we will update the status here.
I think for mass production, still need about 2 to 3 month.

The git3 camera are a dual channel camera, so its not like its a even better git 2 camera, the git 3 are something else as i understand it.
So if your friend are looking for a good regular action camera she will have to not look at git 3
