Mini 0805 cant disable the microphone!

FW 20161111 v2.0
Brand new

Bought 2 of them from ebay and amazon last week, both have no option to disable the Microphone and shipped with 20161111 v2.0

I have an old 0805 from last year which I upgraded the FW on to 20161111 v2.0, and that can disable the micrphone OK

Any ideas how I can disable it on the new 2? Reflash the firmware?

I think disable/enable the microphone is by hold UP arrow for 2-3 sec...
