Hey,

I do not think that the manual state which one to use, so I wanted to ask if you had any clue?
7.5v, 10v, 15v, or 20v? or something else all together.
Also should both BATT and ACC cable use the same fuse rating or do they need different fuse?

Thanks.

I think you should be more interested in the amperage of the fuse in relation to the size and length of your wire.

Firstly you need to mention what sort of fuse you mean, some are rated at "blow" value, others at continuous value, most modern fuses ie not older glass type are rated at continuous as opposed to glass ones at blow rating.
Dash cams typically consume from what I have measured less than 400ma(0.4amp), I use a 2 amp fuse in my leads, same fuse rating for acc and batt, other people do things different.
Just use the blade type car fuses and don't worry about voltage, this is more to do with fast blow, slow blow and surge fuses, along with resettable which don't apply here
