Heat have probably shifted the focus, you can redo that if you take it apart.

The procedure are more or less the same as with any other dashcam / action camera using M12 lenses.

Take camera apart so you can get hold of lens, remove some of the glue that hold lens firm in socket, then unscrew lens, this can be tight and you might need to grip lens with pliers, just don't grip too hard on the lens or you will break it.
It is a good idea to put something between lens and pliers to get better grip so you dont have to squease too hard on the pliers.
.
Once loosened you might have to remove some more of the glue on the lens thread, but it is often very little you have to adjust to get back in focus a few degrees is all it take.

As guy in video it is a good idea to mark lens so you have the starting point.

If that camera have HDMI out connect to TV or computer screen like guy in video so you can see focus, some cameras only have low resolution AV out, but that you can also connect to a TV its just a little harder to see when focus are perfect.

You can also just start where lens are marked, turn it a few degrees, record a little , preview that on computer to see if focus is good there.
This is a slower way to do it but it can also be done, just take more time to move memory card back and forth between camera and computer.

When you have camera in focus again you can fix the lens with glue again like the factory, just done use strong stuff like CA glue, the fumes from that can ruin lens coating.

That's good to know that they support their product and make an effort to correct an issue.
