XiaoMi Yi dashcam focus problems

Sanjay... Your camera takes great images man... mine its 10x poor... I dont know what to do... I have International one

I have to international version I finally open up and refocus the lens. The open part is not hard it's just tedious job. I will test it tomorrow and compare before and after

anyone know what the problem is?
just installed it yesterday.
it's summer but early morning so it's not hot at all.
and I removed plastic protective film from the lens

you can see the outer edges are clear but center is fuzzy

I took the camera inside the house and recorded to see if lighting or dirty windshield had anything to do with it. even indoor, center is very fuzzy

Update
just fixed my lens

compare to above video, it's so much clear

pretty simple, took me less than 30min
hardest part was going back and back and forth between camera and computer to look at the footage to find the focus.
I took the camera apart (search youtube on how to)
used heat gun(hairdryer should work too) remove the hot glue holding the lens
then turning the lens little bit at a time to find the focus point.

I'm going to be tweaking it more until i find the sweet spot, then glue the lens back.
