Can the B-112 charged with a battery charger ?

I just bought a B-112 Blackvue Power Battery Pack

Is it possible to charge it with a battery charger ?

I don't see why not so long as you find a battery charger (or battery maintainer) that matches the output of your 12v power adapter of your car.

I don't have one but if I am going to charge it, I would watch it like a hawk and stop charging it when I am busy doing other things (like cooking or sleeping) in case if something happens (overheat, fire,...etc).

Your cars alternator charges it, so as long as the charger is DC like your car and correct voltage it should be ok, you shouldn't need to watch it, you'd leave it in your car without supervision, just use a smart maintainence type charger.
