Andoer Q3H-R video size too large ! (15min = 3.3GB / Bitrate = 31k)

My action camera record video size too large, whether 1080p60pfs, 1080p30fps or 720p60fps, 720p30fps It all takes up to 3.3GB of storage for 15 minutes, Bitrate ~31k for all of them.
But when record in 4K, it only takes 2.41GB of storage for 15 minutes, Bitrate ~23k. I know it is fake 4K so there's less capacity and quality. It has been cropped and resized.
How do my videos take up less space?
How about your video? How much does it take?
I refer on internet, someone say their SJ4000 take 1GB for 10min, same my iPhone.

yes, sj4000 takes like 1.1 GB for 1 min
I think this andoer camera is a fake 1080p too. Check the video quality. Is it any good, is there any diff between resolutions?
