Xiaomi Yi photo problem

I realized that im having a big problem when taking picture with my Xiaomi Yi 2k Action Camera..

I already tried 3 differents microSD, 2 of them are class10, and I have the same problem in both..

Look at this ''black points'' in photo.

Sensors issue or dust inside the lens. Use a torch and look at the lens.

If it is dust, which could be possible spray it with an air can. Although my only concern is that it looks more digital as oppose to dust bunnies. I could be wrong, let us know what happens.

This is a defect in the camera. In other words, you have a bad camera. If it were dust, it'd appear as gray and slightly blurry spots.
