Skanks letting loose in the intersection, i bet those and the shirtless guy after that are some of the local exotic drugs in play.

You don't always have to be the driver to be stupid!

No matter how stupidly a person is driving, a pedestrian who walks out if front of him is even more stupid. I wish more people could grasp this concept.
