Yi Lite enable telnet/FTP

Hello, I'm using the Yi lite camera as a long time photo time lapse camera every 2 min. The pictures are great but downloading the pictures via the app is very time consuming. Also there's no time schedule option for a timelapse so many pictures are taken in the night.
So is it possible to enable Telnet/FTP on a YI lite?

From what I've seen elsewhere (I'm waiting for mine to arrive), Telnet is apparently enabled by creating an empty file called enable_info_display.script and putting it in the root of the sd card.
