I recently replaced the super capacitor in the ITB-100HD (should be the same as SP and 250 as well) as it was no longer working (bought in 2013 and no longer wrote out the last video file or made its shutdown beeps), so I took a few snaps for those who might want to replace theirs.

Here's the original capacitor when removed:

It's a hybrid cap with two 2.7V caps in series on a PCB (which you could re-use to replace the individual caps if you prefer):

The capacitor measures 21mm x 17mm x 8mm. The datasheet is here - https://www.vina.co.kr/winko/data/product/SS_2_Serial_Module_VEC_5R4_155_QG.pdf

I have replaced it with an Eaton PHV-5R4V155-R - https://au.mouser.com/ProductDetail/PowerStor-Eaton/PHV-5R4V155-R/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMsCu9HefNWqppZeoL0TlRLCMsbS9rSSFyI=

It's a tiny bit larger, but still fits just fine.

Here's the new cap installed:

For those that might want to "repair" the cap and use two cheaper 2.7V caps (with say the Eaton HV0820-2R7305-R - https://au.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Bussmann-Eaton/HV0820-2R7305-R/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMsCu9HefNWqpuFWAWC1QBl146%2bVuoN4Ss0=), here's the PCB and the dead caps:

It looks like the electrolyte has vented a bit out the bottom of each cap. This is the "outer" part of the PCB, which faces away from the 2.7V caps:

The leads which connect to the outside come through the + and - holes and the other two holes on the ends have the lead snipped. As you can see, the two end pads are the series connection. The other traces on the "inner" side of the PCB are just test points.
