DR550GW missing seconds

mine is a UK spec model & when I play back the footage in viewer the 3 minute clips do not run seamlessly there are 3-4 seconds missing on each & every clip join

any ideas or other people have same issue????

Shouldn't do that, sometimes if an event has happened then a slight overlap happens but most people record in 1 min intervals. first it means any bad driving captured a few minutes before you hit someone does not appear in evidence and second its smaller files so will be easier to get just the bit you need,.
