recommended cams for parking mode?

hi all,

I have an older 0803 mini cam, im happy with the day and night video but the parking mode doesn't catch anything.

can someone kindly give a list of " budget" cams that offer a decent parking mode?

I've decided today that the best way to capture activity in my parking lot is with a GoPro Hero5 Session set to videolapse mode (2fps)
