GPS dead in less than a month

The seller I bought from on Amazon no longer carries the product and is not responding. Rayman.Chan, can you possibly help with sending a new GPS mount for the 0906? Mine no longer receives a signal. Very poorly made. I would appreciate if you could help out.

I bought it on Amazon, along with 2 others. The GPS logo is on the screen but it has a red circle through it. I just isn't catching a signal. The other camera that I bought is fine. The seller stopped responding to me and I filed a complaint with Amazon. I would like a replacement gps mount since the current one does not work. The other unit in my other car has no issues locking satellites.
 
"hold power button when bootup"
it should be "hold the OK button" when bootup the camera
