Vantrue N2 Pro not turning on

The OK button of my vantrue N2 Pro is staying solid red even though it is connected to the car charger or USB charger, I cannot turn it on even though I press the power button. I can hear the button clicks but no luck in turning it on. Can somebody help me with this situation? Thanks

you can try to reset the dash cam, it may be help.
