Panorama X2 Rear Camera Not Saving Files?

I just got into a car accident and it looks like my rear camera stopped saving files starting four months ago?? I have updated the firmware in the past because of this problem.

The normal folder is 100% empty and the events folder stopped recording since 4 months ago.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? Or am I going to have to buy a new dash cam?

What memory cards (type, brand, size) do you use?
When last time you have formatted cards inside dashcam?

Sounds like a cable issue. Reseat everything.

I used to sell Panorama X2 before becoming a Street Guardian dealer. I might have a few spare cameras or cables you can try if needed
