What battery is this and where to buy replacement battery?

The battery died when the tempature reached -1C celsius and I'm looking for new battery since shipping it back for repair would cost as much as the device itself so it's not worth it..

You didn't mention what dash-cam model it is, but most of those type dash cams uses 3.7V battery.
I replaced in few dashcams with this battery:

Does the battery work in that?

EDIT: On the cam store page it says

• Battery Size: 400mAh

So should I buy 400mAh instead of 450?

Most dashcams of this type uses 3.7V 400-500mAh, so that should work for you.
