Hi Phoenix1,

The viewer app should be on the SD card (assuming you have used it in the camera).

The viewer appears when you open the root folder of the card Click on Blackvue

You can d?/load the Android App from the Google Store and the Apple app from Itunes.

Install it on your phone and read the manual which is on the SD card in the Software folder.

Will tell you how to get it running

I bought it from SOLTECHSECURITY, as an Amazon vendor, and I returned it just now.

Oh man, thanks for this info. I was just about to buy from the same vendor until I read this post. Can't wait to get this and protect myself from all the illegal drivers out there. Drive safe everybody.
