It's ODM product. Seem few similar ones elsewhere.
THIS is initial place I found it.

That listing contants below youtube videos, which of course can not tell all true story, but still some conclusions can be made.

I wonder how they extracted rear camera video separately ? They do not use dual CPU / dual memory card.
Probably via special firmware ?

This "Skanner" reminds me new line of Korean QStar.
Rear camera has exactly the same as on Skanner, front camera ( main unit ) seems to be same size, but different buttons layout.

QStar ST9 is on Russian market, HERE is info from forum.

Specs says A7LA70 and so on.

Also there is a Russian ODM Streetstorm CVR-A7710 which is exactly the same as 1ch Skanner A-7

And there is a Skanner A-5 as well ( Amba 5 )

I love the way the night video examples for a lot of cams always seems to take place in a town where there is a hell of a lot of light coming from shops & neon signs.

And why I like to watch techmoan's reviews. He does night driving though 'normal' towns AND takes a trip through country roads where lighting is limited.
